There are probably two desserts that any person cannot say no to – namely cake and ice cream. If you want these two desserts, certainly, you will enjoy an ice cream cake! You can purchase an ice cream cake from the store or you can make your own. To be guided, here are the steps on how to make ice cream cake.

The first step is to line a kilogram of loaf tin with cling film and mix approximately 5 teaspoons of coffee granules with 600 mL of boiling water. Let it stay for five minutes and afterward, add and stir 3 tablespoons of brandy along with 85 g of sugar. Secondly, put two pieces of Italian sponge finger biscuits on each side. Moisten the biscuits using the coffee mixture and line the sides of the tin with these biscuits. Then place a layer of ice cream into the tin and place a coffee mixture dipped biscuit on the top of it. Fold the sticking up sponge finger biscuit then cover them with the cling film and freeze. After freezing, you can already take out the cling film and dust the cake with cocoa. You can decorate it with chocolate to add more style and flavor. After all that, your ice cream cake is ready to eat so enjoy!
