I grew up around the kitchen.  At a young age, breaking eggs and sifting flour to bake cakes was a familiar task for me.  By the time I was in my teens, I could make brownies, muffins and birthday cakes with my eyes closed.  I’ve even experimented with different flavors, spices and icing decorations to add something special to my creations.

Now that I’m a wife and mother, I want to continue spending time in the kitchen baking cakes and other pastries.  I intend to pass on my favorite recipes and concotions to my little girl, who as early as now loves to eat cake and icing.  (You should see her pictures when she eats cake, she’s one cute mess!) More importantly, I’m investing in high quality equipment for her too.

As any baker would tell you, having the right equipment makes a difference.  Take for example cake pans. Besides having different novelty designs, cake pans for sale nowadays boast of very high quality and ease in baking.  I personally like the non stick ones and those which distribute heat evenly, thus cooking all sections of the cake through and through.

Some of the interesting cake pans for sale I have seen recently are hand bags, pennants, crowns and even a full castle.  The prices range from very affrodable to downright expensive – which is understandable since the good ones really come at a price.
