There were a lot of negative things in 2009 that I would rather not delve on nor remember.  If you must know, I’m the kind of person who releases stress and tension in the bathroom… and by this I don’t mean literally doing number two’s.  Sometimes, when I’m fuming mad at my husband or freakingly stressed over deadlines, I take super hot showers or soak myself in the tub with some aromatherapy salts.

There are times too when I scrub myself a shiny pink in an attempt to purge negative thoughts and feelings from my body.  I believe that stress is the number one killer which we allow to roam around freely in our lives – and what better way to flush them out than have them physically wash down the drain.

Enter 2010.  Looks like a promising and fun-filled year judging from the first few days.  Vowing to put the past behind me, I decided to redecorate my one safe haven – the bathroom.  I was thinking of replacing the old bathroom vanity with something more contemporary.  Pardon to antique lovers, but I think I’m tired of looking at my old antique vanity.  I don’t mean to throw it away, but I really do need a change.

So I started looking at websites with different bathroom vanity for sale.  And you know what, I’m ordering a new set right now.  Finally my bathroom will have a fresh perspective for 2010 too!
